Conversations in Thunderbird and a FLOSS Manual for Thunderbird

Two really nice things have happened this week relating to Thunderbird.

Thunderbird Conversations

The first is that Jonathon has released his Thunderbird Conversations add-on. I’ve only been using it for a short while, but I’m really growing to love it.

There are two things that I find that really help me. The first is just the fact that the conversation is there – if I need to look at the older messages I can:

The second bonus is the quick in-line reply. I’m finding this is encouraging me to reply to messages straight away, rather than thinking I’ll respond later and then not getting around to it.

If you haven’t taken a look already, then I highly recommend that you do.

Thunderbird Manual

The FLOSS team have been writing a manual for Thunderbird. The manual can be viewed on-line or downloaded. Even better, if there’s a mistake, then you can just log in and edit it. For more details see our Docs blog.
